I am not sure what you are trying to do exactly but if you want to be able to open an excel file and work with it in a form then you can use the excel component which you can add to your toolbox or do a search here in the forum for spreadsheet gear. Spreadsheet gear is fully embedded and does not require the end user to have anything installed to view and edit the excel files.
